WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Wouldn’t it be great to get ahead of pain and dysfunction? For individuals not currently injured or under active rehabilitation, wellness sessions focus on optimizing movement, fitness, and performance through personalized exercise and manual techniques. Wellness sessions may include mobility training, strength progression, recovery strategies, and hands-on techniques to enhance overall function and prevent future injury.

Your monthly membership includes in-person sessions plus virtual access to a Doctor of Physical Therapy for questions, guidance, and ongoing support between visits.

Wellness sessions are not physical therapy and do not address specific medical conditions.  They are not eligible for insurance reimbursement using superbill.

Pricing

Basic Wellness Membership: $125/month 

  • 1 60 min session OR 2 30 min sessions per month

Elite Wellness Membership: $225/month

  • 2 60 min sessions OR 4 30 min sessions per month

What is the difference between wellness and physical therapy sessions?

Wellness services are designed to improve fitness, performance, mobility, and overall resilience — when injury is not necessarily present.
Physical therapy involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions. Wellness focuses on optimizing movement and preventing issues before they start.  This can look like a training session, discussion and guidance or hands on recovery work to get you ready to perform.

What does an wellness session look like?

Sessions may include:

  • Strength or mobility training

  • Performance-based programming

  • Movement technique refinement

  • Recovery-focused care (soft tissue work, mobility work, cupping, etc)

  • Education on training habits, load management, and movement strategy

Every session is customized to your goals.

What does virtual access mean?

You’ll have direct messaging or scheduled virtual check-ins with your Doctor of Physical Therapy for:

  • Quick questions

  • Program adjustments

  • Exercise progressions

  • Recovery guidance

  • Coaching and accountability

It’s like having a DPT in your back pocket between sessions.

Can I switch from Wellness to Physical therapy if pain develops?

Yes. If an injury or new issue arises, you can shift into physical therapy services at any time. Your provider will guide you on appropriate next steps.

How often are in person wellness sessions?

Frequency depends on the membership level you choose.

With the Basic Wellness Program, you can schedule either one 60-minute in-person session per month or two 30-minute sessions.
With the Elite Wellness Program, you receive two 60-minute sessions per month or four 30-minute sessions.

You can always adjust your session frequency as your goals evolve.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a targeted technique that uses thin, sterile needles to release trigger points, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility. It can be an effective way to address pain, tightness, and movement limitations caused by overuse, stress, or injury. When combined with individualized exercise and manual therapy, dry needling helps reset muscle function, enhance recovery, and support your return to comfortable, efficient movement.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a hands-on approach used to assess, treat, and improve movement and function by targeting soft tissues and joints directly. Techniques may include mobilization, manipulation, and soft tissue work, all designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote healing. Birth Prep/Postpartum

Our Birth Prep and Postpartum Programs are thoughtfully designed to support you through one of life’s most transformative journeys. Whether you’re preparing for delivery or recovering after birth, we offer personalized, one-on-one sessions that focus on strength, mobility, pelvic floor function, and overall well-being.
