She really takes the time to listen,... read more explain what’s going on and make sure you understand the treatment plan. The dry needling she did for my plantar fasciitis made a noticeable difference and her approach to my back tightness helped relieve pain I’d been dealing with for a while. She’s caring, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, qualities that make a big difference when you’re in pain. I’m not currently seeing her because both issues have resolved, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if something else came up. DR KAYLA CULLENY

At Redefine Physical Therapy and Wellness, we believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach to healing and movement. Founded by Dr. Kayla Culleny, PT, DPT, our practice is dedicated to empowering clients through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Dr. Culleny is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her commitment to ongoing education has led her to earn certifications in dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular rehab and pelvic health, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Dr. Culleny has a special interest in supporting pregnant and postpartum women, fitness athletes, and aging adults—helping each of them move well, live well, and thrive at every stage of life.

Kayla spends most of her free time with her husband, daughter and their two Australian shepherds. When not at the clinic or community event, you can find her at Orangetheory Fitness, enjoying the local food and drink scene of Savannah or outdoors by a body of water.
